Individual Therapy-Adult

Individual Therapy is the one-on-one work between a therapist and a patient. This unique relationship is strictly confidential and provides an opportunity to be completely honest with oneself and another person. Individual therapy is the method of bringing about change in a person by exploring his or her feelings, attitudes, thinking, and/or behavior. Starting the journey of Individual Therapy is a brave step in the journey of life and can yield many benefits.

Adolescent Therapy (10-17)

Growing up is a difficult process and children today are faced with challenges that most parents did not have to experience in their own childhood. Whether impacted by social media, school safety concerns, racial trauma, or other life transitions we are here to help navigate your child through whatever unprecedented circumstance(s) they may be facing.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is essentially treating more than one patient at the same time. Some groups will have more than one therapist depending on the size and content of the group. Group topics will include, but not limited to: Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), Distress Tolerance and Emotion Regulation, Anger Management, and a Process Group titled: Mine your Mind: A guide for mental health wellness.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy focuses on helping a couple work through challenges, understand their relationship better, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another. Some reasons a couple may consider seeking couples therapy includes, but not limited to: you’ve grown apart, repeated clashes about money, unfaithfulness, unproductive hurtful arguments, going through a big transition, love life is lacking, or wants to to avoid divorce or have an amicable one.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a type of counseling intended to address identified problems that affects the well-being and stability of the family, such as major life transitions or mental health conditions. Family Therapy can help family members improve communication, better understand one another, develop healthier parenting skills, and learn how to resolve conflicts. Family therapy can consist of a parent(s) or child(ren) or just siblings.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching helps an individual identify a goal and assist them with developing a plan. Life coaching will aid you in improving your finances, health, relationships, career, and personal growth. The major difference between therapy and life coaching is the focus of the work: therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, while life coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals.
