Keep your good people.

We help leaders and managers see what's behind struggling performance and respond in a way that keeps good staff.

Healthy teams. Stronger organizations.

Healthy teams. Stronger organizations.

They slip first: more call-outs, missed deadlines, shorter tempers, a write-up that doesn't fix anything. Managers see the behavior but not what's underneath it, in the person or in the workplace. So they wait too long or go straight to discipline, and the organization pays for it in turnover, time spent rehiring, and leaders who spend their week putting out fires.

Good employees rarely quit all at once

Your staff carry other people's hardest days

Nonprofit, human services and healthcare teams absorb the stress of the people they serve. We're a trauma-informed clinical team, so we know how that weight shows up at work and what actually helps people keep going.

How we Work

With your leaders and managers

Lonnell Lewis, LCSW, works directly with your leadership team and managers: how to spot early signs of strain, how to tell a person issue from a workplace issue, and how to have the hard conversation without becoming anyone's therapist. Managers leave with practical tools and a plan for their team.

Our licensed clinicians lead staff sessions and wellness groups, so staff get support from someone outside their chain of command. Participation is voluntary, and nothing anyone shares is reported by name. Leadership sees themes, never names.

With your staff

Start with a short engagement and grow from there, from a 30-to-60-day start up to a 6-to-12-month partnership.

With you, over time

Why Circle of Wellness

Lonnell Lewis, MSW, LCSW, has spent about 20 years in mental health and founded and grew Circle of Wellness into a group practice with a team of licensed clinicians. Lonnell has been both the clinician and the boss: developing therapists, leading teams, and keeping good people through hard seasons.
