  • Hi, I’m Jessica Cardona.

Outside of my work as a counselor, I’m someone who deeply values connection and creativity. I love crafting. It’s one of the ways I recharge and express myself. I enjoy spending time with my family doing simple things like beach days, traveling when possible, and soaking in the small, meaningful moments. I believe life is made up of those little wins and quiet joys, and I try to embrace both the successes and the opportunities to grow.

Most weekends you can find me on the sidelines of a soccer field, enjoying time with friends, or gathered with family. Whether it’s laughing over coffee or just being present with the people I care about, I value relationships and realness and I bring that same energy into my sessions with clients.
