Jemila Massiah is a Caribbean-American psychotherapist, originally from the twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago. With eight years of clinical experience, she specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered, and solution-focused approaches. Jemila works with adolescents, couples, and adults, supporting clients as they navigate substance use and co-occurring disorders, grief and loss, career challenges, and the complexities of everyday life.

Deeply committed to cultural awareness and inclusivity, Jemila has experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities. With a special passion for working with women, she creates a supportive space for exploring the unique journey of motherhood and the ongoing balance of being a woman, mother, and individual.
