Claudia is a provisionally licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping others cope with the ongoing peaks and valleys we all experience. Claudia believes that we do not have to be held captive by our emotions, but can learn to face them directly in order to redefine our sense of joy and purpose in life.

For the past 6+ years, Claudia has worked with a wide variety of populations and age groups in community, collegiate, medical based, and small practice settings. Claudia’s main goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for everyone to feel heard and accepted without judgment. Asking for help is the utmost sign of bravery, and Claudia believes that we do not have to suffer in silence or walk this path alone. She utilizes a variety of strength-based and trauma informed approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and holistic therapy to create individualized plans for a path forward.
