Cinnamon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who is passionate about providing clients with a safe, non-judgmental space to grow and heal. Cinnamon has previously worked at various crisis hotlines, domestic violence shelters, within local schools, as well as in outpatient mental health.
Cinnamon specializes in working with individuals that have experienced traumatic events throughout their lives and works from an understanding that everyone is an expert of their own experiences. Cinnamon’s approach is very client-centered and trauma-informed. Cinnamon also utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques in order to empower her clients in their lives.

    -On the weekends my husband and I enjoy going to farmers markets around Richmond or finding new restaurants to enjoy
